What is the My Balance?

Direct Aid’s "My Balance" is a new service that enables you to donate in a easier, safer and faster way without the need to enter your bank’s page to insert your card details.

Who can use it?

It is a free service that is available for all registered donors.

How to start using it?

You only need to be a registered donor in Direct Aid’s website if you have an account sign in here or sign up here if you don’t.

How to add Balance?

You can add balance with your desired amount by pressing here.

How can i donate with My Balance?

After choosing the project you aim to donate to choose "My Balance" as the payment method and you will be able to donate faster.

Is there a limit to how much I add money to My Balance?

No, there is no limit.

Is there a time limit for using the my balance?

Yes, there has to be a change in balance within a year of the last donation/recharge and if NOT then the balance would transfered to become a general donation (Zakkat) after contacting the donor.

Is it possible to retrieve the money from the My Balance?

Yes, it is possible to retrieve the money on the "My Balance" within one week of the recharging period by clicking here.

Is it permitted to Zakkat money in the My Balance?

Yes, it is permitted to use Zakkat money in recharging the "My Balance" but the donor must make the appropriate donations for projects that permit Zakkat money.
